Our Founder and President

Our Founder and President, Joseph Rudolph, is a retired U.S. Navy Gunner’s Mate Chief with more than 35 years of leadership and instructor experience. Throughout his military and civilian career, he has taught a wide range of training programs, earning a reputation for excellence in education, safety, and operational readiness.

As a certified American Red Cross Instructor Trainer, Mr. Rudolph provides diverse training opportunities for medical professionals, organizations, and community members who are committed to learning life-saving skills. He is also certified in multiple specialized programs, including:

  • American College of Surgeons – Stop the Bleed Instructor

  • Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) – Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) Instructor

  • U.S. Navy Certified Firearms Safety Instructor

  • NPPAS Certified Playground Safety Inspector

With more than three decades of facility management experience, Mr. Rudolph has worked extensively with hospitals, schools, childcare facilities, and numerous other organizations. He provides consultative audits to ensure buildings, operations, and safety programs meet NFPA, OSHA, TJC, CMMS, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards. His expertise supports organizations in maintaining safe, compliant, and smoothly operating environments.
