The CRASE course is based on historical data, reactions from civilians, and implementation of best practices to teach the community how to react when events like this occur.  

We are not meant to be victims, we were meant to Thrive in this life.  We thrive by doing something, protecting ourselves as best we can until help arrives, and advancing our knowledge with courses like CRASE.
